Hyvlo builds you a professional website, hosts it, and keeps it running for a simple monthly fee. We build your site first — you only pay the one-time build fee if you decide to go live. The site is yours: cancel anytime and keep it.

Your monthly plan includes ongoing website edits at no extra charge. An "edit" is a change to the existing content or settings of your live site, such as:

• Updating text, headlines, hours, service areas, or contact info
• Swapping or adding photos you provide
• Changing colors, fonts, or styling within your existing design
• Adding or updating a service, promotion, coupon, or seasonal banner
• Adjusting page layout using your site's existing building blocks
• Posting content (blog or news) that you supply

You provide the content and direction; we do the work.

• Submit edits anytime. Send one request at a time; add as many as you like and we work them in order.
• Turnaround: small changes (a single page) within 1 business day; larger changes (multiple pages or new sections) within 3–5 business days.
• We complete your current request before starting the next. There's no limit on the number of edits — only on how many we work on at once.

These are real projects, not edits, and are quoted separately:

• A full redesign or new visual direction for the site
• New custom pages, features, or functionality beyond your plan's template
• Content we write or design from scratch (copywriting, custom graphics, logo design, photography)
• New websites, microsites, or subdomains
• Anything requiring custom code or development beyond your platform's settings

A change of mind that requires rebuilding work already completed and approved is a new project, not an edit.

The edits-included benefit is meant for reasonable, ongoing upkeep of your site. If requests become unusually frequent, repeatedly reverse prior approved work, or fall outside the scope of routine edits (for example, requesting a different design every few days, or a redesign in the guise of edits), we'll reach out to discuss the right plan or a separate project quote. We reserve the right to prioritize and schedule requests so we can serve all clients fairly.

• The build fee is a one-time charge, due only when you approve going live.
• Managed hosting is billed monthly and can be cancelled anytime.
• On cancellation, you keep your website and can move it to another host.
